Commercial Surveys
South/West Land Surveying has many years of experience
in providing all types of ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys
for commercial properties including apartment complexes,
office building, restaurants, shopping centers,
industrial properties, multi-site gas/food retail
outlets, hospitals, etc.
We provide a high quality accurate Survey Plat prepared
with AUTOCAD techniques in an easy to read format which
includes the following:
Legal Description: Precise and legible, follows
the Boundary courses and is generally located in the
upper right hand corner of the survey drawing.
Surveyors’ Certification:
ALTA/ACSM Standard certification can be altered to fit
the needs of the client. Category 1A Title Survey
certifications can be provided for local properties.
Schedule “B” Items: Each survey related item
listed in your Title Commitment will be listed on the
survey plat with a note as to the effect of such
easement.
Encroachments and Zoning: Zoning restrictions in
effect regarding setback, height and parking, along with
any encroachments shall be noted.
Residential Surveys
South/West Land Surveying performs all types of
residential surveys, including acreage, tree and
boundary surveys, topographical and elevation
certificates.
We can provide a quick-turnaround to meet your needs. It
is not mandatory to have a copy of the Title Commitment
to place an order for a survey. If you have a legal
description and address, we will be able to complete our
field work and be ready when the title report becomes
available.
We can provide “RUSH SURVEYS” on occasion when required.
We can also split deliver the finalized plat to both the
lender/mortgage company and the title company. |
